Hey there Everyone Eva here, I have good news
i fixed the gpu issue apparently the framerate was all over the place and it wasnt capped at 60fps, So the Issue should be fixed now.
Also the same issue affected our other games, so the same issue has been fixed as well on the other games. So if anything pops up please reach out. Thank you,
