But Little Does he know he was in the Right Place at the Right Time. The Hallow Murderer Has Concerned Santa Claus and has Plans to Make Halloween A Year Holiday. It Is Up to Rocko to Stop The Hallow Murderer , Save Santa Claus all while trying to get home himself safely . Can He Survive The Hallow Murderer's Evil Scheme To Overthrow Christmas?
